Director In-Charge of Bokaro Steel Limited (BSL),  Birendra Kumar Tiwari, led an interactive session titled "Rubaroo" on November 27 at the Learning and Development Department. The program, attended by 58 executives, focused on fostering a transformative safety culture within the organization.   The event began with a safety pledge administered by DIC Tiwari, followed by a presentation from  Kumar Rajneesh, Assistant General Manager (Safety and Fire Services), on the theme "Transforming Safety Culture and the Way Forward." The discussion highlighted the importance of safety awareness, identifying workplace hazards, and implementing preventive measures.   In his address, Tiwari emphasized the role of safety in creating a positive workplace environment and encouraged the adoption of daily safety practices, including checklists and regular reviews, to bring about lasting change.   The session was organized by  Preeti Kumari, Senior Manager, Learning and Development Department, and reflected BSLs commitment to enhancing safety and professional growth among its workforce.
